When ordering, there are two forms of payment offered by Cadera Kids.
If you choose to order by credit card, we will collect all the information necessary to provide payment and to ship the product to you. This information is stored solely in our databases and is not shared with third parties.
If you choose to order using Pay Pal, your order items are transmitted to
Pay Pal, and the normal Pay Pal payment process is followed. The information
they collect is between you (the Pay Pal account holder) and Pay Pal.
After successful processing of your payment on Pay Pal, they will transmit
to us your name, address, phone number, and email so that we can ship the
order to you.
How Your Information is Used
At this time, your information is not shared with any third parties for any
reason. The only exception to this is if you chose to use Pay Pal as your
payment option. In that case, we provide the contents your order items
and the total cost to Pay Pal
If Cadera Kids were to ever change this policy of never sharing your
personal information, we would notify you by email of the change in policy
and allow you to opt out of any sharing of information before it took place.
We will use your email address to contact you for marketing our own products
but you can opt out of these communications at any time. We also strive to
make sure that our communications are relevant, non-obtrusive, and
beneficial.. It is possible that in the future we might use your phone
number or postal mail for marketing purposes but we do not do so at this
time. Again, it will not be given to third parties and you can opt
out at any time.
Security of Your Information
Cadera Kids maintains all your data at its own facility. This means
that your data does not reside at a third party hosting site
where we cannot keep an eye on it. We know your data is secure
because we manage it at all times. Some of our web pages are
served by a hosting company but all pages with personally identifiable
or sensitive information are controlled and served by our servers.
Electronic access to our network is very limited. For those of you
technically minded, we confine all traffic in and out of the site to
HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP. We are not vulnerable to IIS security issues because
we do not use IIS. Additionally, wireless access is completely locked down
(by MAC address) accessible only by company computers inside the facility.
For those of you that are not technically minded, this means that traffic into
and out of the facility is severely limited and under very tight control.
Cadera Kids will always be very sensitive to security issues with
regards to protecting data and will constantly be taking steps to monitor and
improve security.
